* 2-1/4 cups all purpose flour
* 2 cups brown sugar
* 1 cup peanut butter
* 1/2 cup unsalted butter
* 1 tsp. baking powder
* 1/2 tsp. baking soda
* 1 cup milk
* 1 tsp. vanilla extract
* 3 eggs
* 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Remove 1 cup and set aside. Add remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, to flour mixture. Beat 3 minutes. Transfer to a greased and floured 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle with reserved flour mixture and chocolate chips. Bake 35-40 minutes.
