DRESSING:
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. red pepper
SALAD:
1 lb. med. pasta shells, cooked & drained
8 oz. imitation crab legs, bite-size pieces
4 oz. fresh snowpeas, cut in half
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
Mix dressing ingredients in a large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and stir gently to mix and coat. Cover and refrigerate until 30 minutes before serving.
