Okay now this happened to me yesterday. My car is a 2003 Nissan Maxima and it has 174,000 miles on it. Its a gas saver compared to my brother's truck which is a guzzler. I drive a truck and he wants me to let him drive it back and forth to work to save gas. I have been letting him but if any of you own a car you know that a car doesn't last forever. What if I keep letting him drive it and in a year I'm out of a car because he's driven it to its limit.
You guys got to understand what kind of mother and brother I have. My brother stole 20 dollars out of my checking account so its not like he's a saint. Yesterday I told him he couldn't drive it anymore and I was going to take it to my Mom's house and park it but she said she would charge me parking fees and I'm a bad brother for not letting my brother use my car so I just took it back to my brother's house. My brother called my mom and whined and complained that I wasn't letting him use it anymore to save on his gas
My question is should I let my brother drive my car for free or should I charge him money? |
