Well, I finally think i figured out why I've been having vertigo spells. I thought it was from the cyst in my head, but my doc says that can't be causeing it.
I think I'm having Panic attacks! I already know that I have extreme anxiety, and when I was in middle school (7th grade? maybe 8th?) I started having panic attacks (thought I had asthma).
Anywho - I've had them before, but they felt different. Before, they were always just an extreme sense of fear and panic, mostly from being in public places around a lot of people, or just certain people. I would have trouble breathing and my heart would start pounding. But now, it starts with an extreme Dizzy Spell that feels like i'm going to black out, followed by nausea, cold sweat, and pounding heart. And yesterday I was even having chest pain.
Ugh.
