Ingredients
panettone, cut into 1½ inch slices
honey, to drizzle
50g/2oz pre-rolled marzipan
50g/2oz pre-rolled icing
1 clementine, peeled and segmented, to garnish
Method
1. Using Christmas shaped chefs' cutters, cut out shapes in the panettone.
2. Drizzle the shapes with honey and then cover with the ready-rolled marzipan.
3. Drizzle with more honey and cover with the ready-rolled icing.
4. Use a mini-blowtorch to brown the icing and serve with the clementine segments
