District Judge of San Francisco ruled March 29 that a video game trades on players' images, not their statistics, and must respect laws that allow individuals to control the commercial use of their name and likeness.The suit was filed by three former players running back of Tampa Bay, quarterback of the then and tight end of Dallas as a proposed class action on behalf of 6,000 NFL retirees.The ruling is "a big step the court rejected their (the company's) principal defense," , a lawyer for the players, said Tuesday.There was no comment from Electronic Arts. The company has appealed the ruling to the Ninth , which is already considering its appeal of another judge's ruling allowing college football players to sue over the use of their names and images in an Electronic Arts video game."Madden NFL" simulates games in realistic looking stadiums.

Alien women with larger bodies that your average Pamela Anderson (that's impressive didn't know Jordan was in the game!) They are a new pestilence in the Universe, nasty folk! There are other nasties out there too; like Federation Ship Insurance Salesmen. The problem is though that as nice as the action sequences look they barely interactive and almost impossible to lose at and even if you do there no penalty at all. Which would be fine except the plot is equally inconsequential and the increased number of exploration sequences are just plain dull. The attempts at character building also don progress much beyond the simple archetypes already established, but the biggest crime of all is that the game just isn as funny as episode 1..
