Tomorrow is the one year anniversary since my heart surgery. In the last year I don't think I've done much to really improve my health like I wanted, which is very disappointing. Although I did move to Kingston, so I'm very happy about that. I need to stop being such a lazy ass and do some cardio and other exercises. I was bike riding on a regular basis during the summer, but I need to do something else with winter now here. Otherwise I'm going to put on some weight and I really don't want that to happen.
Meh.. I hope tomorrow goes well. I know on Nov 1st I wasn't having a good day since that was the anniversary of my first, not as severe, surgery and that was when I went into cardiac arrest. That still freaks me out, but at least I'm still here.
