I have just started going to the gym again for the first time in a few years. I don't have a personal trainer, am just going in and doing my own thing. I have had a couple of 45 minute sessions and am still kind of refinding my way and working out my limits. After both my sessions I have pulled up fine the next day, a little achy but no major ouchies, if that makes sense.. so I am thinking I need to step it up a little, but don't want to completely over do it. My question is this, am I better off just taking it slow and easing my way into it, like I am doing it now, or should I be bringing on a world of pain? |
