So I have started working out. Rollerblading, swimming and this past week started doing Squats. Today every muscle in my thighs, glutes and lower back is feeling it from the Squats. I'm not sure, but I think I read somewhere that you're supposed to take a day break in between. That would be GREAT considering how sore I am today. So, in order to make this a mumm...should I torture myself with MORE exercise or take the day off and rest the muscles? |
