| I am a supervisor at a telecommunications company. I have an employee who has been insubordinate on at least 6 occasions. Earlier this week the employee was crying over the fact that they had no money to pay their bills. I consoled that person and talked them through it. Well the very next day I was asked to come to this persons desk and when I tried to help them they told me "you dont know anything." Its my job to know, so Im pretty good at it. The employee then said "get away from me right now and I dont care if you write me up." I had a whole pod of my employees staring at me. So what would you do? Terminate the employees employment or chalk it up to nerves. |
