Edwina Alice Schmidt
SCHMIDT, Edwina Alice 70, of Hudson, died Tuesday, March 17, 2009 in Biloxi, MS. Edwina was a world traveler on cruises with her sister, Pat. She participated in online and table pinochle tournaments. Edwina was a member of Club Wildwood, a loving mother and sister. Mrs. Schmidt was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Henry J. Schmidt; and her parents, Edwin and Lucy Elfstrom. Survivors include a daughter, Patricia (George) Galderisi of Port Richey; sons, Kenneth (Kristie) Schmidt of Asheville, NC and Brian Schmidt of St. Petersburg; a sister, Patricia Smith of Spring Hill; 6 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. Services will be held at a later date. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Homes, 675 Howard Avenue, Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
