What are you waiting for?

In previous posts I have discussed how the day of the month on which we are born plays a part in our numerology chart.

The month in which we were born in also has a great influence on our character; in many older forms of numerology this was used to analyze a person's early years.

Our calendar is based on the Gregorian Calendor which has been in use since the late sixteenth century.  It is a slightly different version of the Julian Calendar that was first used by Julius Ceasar in 46 B.C.  The Gregorian calendar is also known as the solar calendar because it is a representation of the Sun's orbit around the earth.

The month we were born has a great influence on our character and gives an indication of how our younger, more formative years will influence our adult lives. The events that occur can help to shape our life path which is in activation primarily from the ages of 28 to 56.

If you were born in January, the number 1  rules your early years. You are independent, analytical and a born leader. However you can also be a little thoughtless as you take action without consulting others. You are also creative and tend to stand out from the crowd.

If you were born in February, the number 2 will be important to you. You are especially intuitive. Relationships are especially important to you, and you may spend a lot of your life searching for that special someone. Women are especially influential on your character development in your early years.

If you were born during March, the number 3 will figure prominently in your life. You often find yourself in the right place at the right time. You may also be destined for fame, and you tend to be wealthier than others. However it can be difficult for you to hold onto a relationship, and instances of infidelity and betrayal often plague your relationships.

If you were born in April the number 4 strongly influences your early years. You may be perceived as having a temper problem. On the other hand, you are also very creative and intelligent. You are a born leader who is very ambitious, and your natural charisma will have you attracting many friends and lovers throughout your lifetime.

If you were born in May, the number 5 will play a significant role in your life. Self expression may be important to you and you may be a talented musician, actor or writer. You have a high respect for authority  and you believe in the sanctity of marriage. You value your friends highly and spend a lot of time socializing.

If you were born in June, the number 6 is significant. You are a very romantic individual but alas a very jealous one. Your love life tends to be very complicated. A career in the creative arts suits you best. Your biggest character flaw is a tendency to spread rumors about other people.

If you were born in July, the number 7 is important. You are a sincere, candid and empathic individual. You care deeply for your family and will go to great lengths to maintain and protect your relatives. You can be cynical and sarcastic, which can sometimes get you into trouble with your loved ones.

If you were born in August, you will strongly identify with the number 8.  You are destined to become a pillar of the community. You are a loving well rounded individual who values marriage, and strives to see the good in everyone. One of your weaknesses is developing health related problems from working too hard.

If you were born in September, the number 9 is significant in your character development. You are destined to play many roles in your lifetime. You are highly intelligent and spiritual, but tend to take adversity very personality. Your biggest weakness is becoming depressed when you lose your faith in yourself and God.

If you were born in October, the number 10, which is a higher vibration of 1, will be significant. You are naturally very lucky. When you decide on a goal you almost always meet it. The downside of your personality is that you can be very adversarial when crossed, and you also have a huge capacity for revenge.

If you were born in November, the number 11 - which is a higher vibration of 2 - will be of great importance to you. You are psychic, empathetic and positive. However sometimes you get overwhelmed by your own sensitivity and develop stress related health and psychological problems such as chronic fatigue and depression.

If you were born in December, you have a strong affinity to the number 12, which is a higher vibration of 3. You are a practical philosopher who values a stable lifestyle. You are also unusually lucky, and wealth and love find you easily. You also have an active social life, sometimes to the extent that you can ignore your other responsibilities.

As you may realize, this is a very ancient way of analyzing character, but it's also oddly accurate and "in sync" with the meaning of the twelve signs of the Zodiac, and the months that those signs dominate.

Numerology has a great deal to do with the numeric value of the alphabet and there are many legends and theories about how this came about.  The alphabet itself was inspired by pictorial representations that recorded elaborate stories. These full pictographs originally were abbreviated to form hieroglyphics with each symbol depicting a word. As more time elapsed the glyphs were further reduced to represent individual sounds and then the consonants and vowels that we know today.

The modern alphabet that numerological systems are based on is derived from an earlier hieroglyphic system that is still used by Japanese and Chinese cultures.  Each letter also symbolizes a number. This has remained unchanged, even though our speech patterns have evolved to make some sounds obsolete.

Each sound is thought to also have an esoteric spiritual implication, with an essence that can be described as a number. Even more meaning is given to the very first letter of the word.

Here is a breakdown of the numerical vibrations of the letters in the alphabet according to ancient numerology systems that originated in Babylon and Egypt. In these systems, personality was analyzed by the first letter of the name.

A is the numerical equivalent of 1 and symbolizes confidence. When it's the first vowel in a name, the person tends to be bold. On the negative side, A can be critical of efforts of others.

B is the numerical equivalent of 2 and represents our emotions. A person with a B first letter is friendly and a homebody. On the negative side, B can be self absorbed if not a bit greedy.

C is the numerical equivalent of 3 and represents energy.  C people are talented and get along well with others. Negatively, C people can be ruthless and cruel.

D is the numerical equivalent of 4 and represents balance. It is very powerful and is the letter associated with business. When it is the first consonant in a name the person is very tired. On the negative side a D person can be stubborn.

E is the second vowel in the alphabet and is the numerical equivalent of 5. It is a is warm hearted, loving and compassionate. The E can be unreliable and a bit flaky.

F is the numerical equivalent of 6 and represents love. It is warm-hearted, compassionate, and easy going. When it is the first consonant in a name it carries the vibration of a nurturer. Negatively, F people can be prone to self-pity.

G is the numerical equivalent of 7 and represents mysticism and religious experiences. This letter is imaginative, creative, and helpful. When it is the first consonant in a name, the bearer will tend to be a loner.  G's don't listen well to others.

H is the numerical equivalent of 8 and represents creativity and power. This letter has a great deal of business talent. Negatively, it can be self absorbed and greedy.

I is the third vowel of the alphabet and is the numerical equivalent of 9. It represents law and as a general rule is sensitive, compassionate and humane.  On the negative side people with this first letter can be ill-tempered.

J is the numerical equivalent of 1 and represents our aspirations. This letter is truthful, benevolent and intelligent. When it is the first consonant in a name the bearer will possess an unyielding desire to not give up and will therefore find success - eventually. Negatively, J can be lazy and lack direction.

K is the numerical equivalent of 2 and represents a person that goes to extremes. K people are strong willed and influential. Negatively, K can be dissatisfied with life and take their discontent out on others.

L is the numerical equivalent of 3 and represents action. It is charitable and well adjusted but can be somewhat accident prone.

M is the numerical equivalent of 4 and represents spirituality. This letter has a great deal of self confidence and is therefore likely to achieve success. The drawback is that people with this letter can be workaholics.

N is the numerical equivalent of 5 and represents imagination. It is intuitive and communicative, but negatively can be predisposed to jealousy.

O is equates to the number 6. This letter represents patience, compentence and is particularly studious. The drawback of being an O is being a bit of a drama queen.

P is the numerical equivalent of 7 and represents power. When it is the first consonant in a name the bearer is likely to think of spiritual matters. Negatively, P people can be selfish and flaky.

Q is the numerical equivalent of 8 and represents originality. It symbolizes genius and the unknowable. Negatively, Q can be too self absorbed.

R is the numerical equivalent of 9 and is tolerant and humane but has a tendency to become short tempered. When it is the first consonant in a name the bearer will often act as a diplomat.

S is the numerical equivalent of 1 and represents beginnings. S people are very sexy. Negatively, S can act impulsively without concern for others.

T is the numerical equivalent of 2 and represents growth. It is a restless letter which seeks answers to spiritual questions. Negatively, T is overly emotional, indecisive and is often easily influenced by the opinions of others.

U is the final true vowel in the alphabet and is the numerical equivalent of 3.  The U person is very lucky in all ways. Negatively, U can be selfish, greedy and indecisive.

V is the numerical equivalent of 4 and represents construction. It is an industrious letter which is tireless and efficient.  However V people can also be ruthless.

W is the numerical equivalent of 5 and represents self-expression. These first letter people are artistic. Negatively, W can be greedy and take too many risks.

X is the numerical equivalent of 6 and represents sexuality. This letter is very sexy. Unfaithfulness is an unpleasant character trait as well.

Y is the penultimate letter in our alphabet and is the numerical equivalent of 7. This number loves freedom and dislikes restraint of any kind. However Y can be indecisive and lazy.

Z is the final letter in our alphabet and is the numerical equivalent of 8. It represents hope and peace. Negatively, Z first letter people often act without thinking and without regard for others.

As you can see this is quite a different way of looking at name numerology but it is also a very ancient way that is often very accurate.

Numerology and Gemstones

One of the most brilliant books ever written about gems in general
is "Love is in the Earth" by a channeller named Melody. This book,
which details the metaphysical prosperities of the mineral world,
also touches on the topic of gemstones and their numerical
vibrations.

This is worth knowing that you can wear certain gemstones in order
to amplify the powers of your own Life Path  (the sum of your birth date) or
Expression number (the sum of your name value.)  You could have the stones
set in a ring, a bracelet or in a pendant.

What follows is a breakdown of numerology numbers for each Life Path or
Expression number, and the gemstones that you could wear to amplify the
vibration of that gemstone.

Notice that some gemstones like the Bloodstone vibrate to more than
one number.  Some like the Period vibrate to several numbers.

This is by no means a comprehensive list, but looks at the most
common stones that are used to be set in jewelry.

If you are a Life Path or Expression number -

One - Aquamarine, Beryl, Boji Stone, Copper, Cowrie, Lodestone,
Mica, Muscovite, Obsidian, Sapphire, Sandstone, Turquoise

Notice that the number one gemstones are very distinctive and
beautiful. Many are earthy such as the black obsidian and the
sandstone.

Two  - Garnet, Gold, Meteorite, Moldavite, Shell, Smokey Quartz,
Spinel, Sugilite, Tanzanite, Tavorite, Tourmaline, Brown Tourmaline

The signature 2 stone is the garnet which has always symbolized
love. The smokier colored stones symbolize emotional healing.

Three  - Amber, Amethyst, Aventurine, Chrysoprase, Dolomite,
Herkimer Diamond, Lapis Lazuli, Morganite, Pyrite, Ruby, Pink
Sapphire, Sardonyx, Sugilite, Blue Topaz, Black Tourmaline,
Tsavorite

The stones for the number 3 tend to be quite flashy or distinctive
in some way much like the person who numerologically fits the number.

Four  - Ametrine, Bloodstone, Danburite, Emerald, Glass, Lead, Mochi
Balls, Moonstone, Pumice, Clear Quartz, Black Sapphire, White
Sapphire
, Yellow Sapphire, Silver, Sodalite, Strombolite, Tiger
Eye, Black Tourmaline, Zircon

There are a lot of stones that vibrate to the number 4 and many of
them also vibrate to the feminine principle, as four is a number of
family and healing.

Five  - Alexandrite, Carnelian, Heliodor , Peridot, Zincite

These five stones symbolize travel just like the number does, as many of
these materials were also used for money at one time or another in
different cultures.

Six - Apache Tear, Bloodstone, Carnelian, Cat's Eye, Citrine,
Glass, Jasper, Labrodorite, Marble, Mochi Balls, Moldavite, Onyx,
Peridot, Green Sapphire, Star Sapphire, Green Tourmaline

Six is a number that has a lot to do with health and fertility and
many of the stones that vibrate to this number promote the health
of the reproductive system  (Carnelian and Mochi Balls) or are
prosperity stones (such as Peridot and Green Sapphire.)

Seven  - Agate, Flourite, Iolite, Kunzite, Labrodorite, Pearl,
Peridot, Petalite, Platinum, Rhodolite, Rose Quartz, Sugilite,
Sulphur, Tin

Seven is the number of the genius and many of these stones have
chameleon-like qualities (such as labrodorite that flashes
different colors).

Eight - Calcite, Cinnabar, Coral, Dioptase, Ivory, Jet, Marcasite,
Mica, Opal, Selenite, Serpentine, Smokey Quartz

Eight is the number of prosperity and the stones symbolizing this
number vary from being very flashy (like opals and Mica) to very
grounding such as ivory or jet.

Nine  - Boji Stone, Chalcedony, Chrysoberyl, Diopside, Feldspar,
Hematite, Malachite, Phenacite, Sandstone, Tektite, Yellow Topaz,
Blue Tourmaline, Brown Tourmaline, Pink Tourmaline, Zebra Rock

This is a very spiritual number so meteorites like the tektite and
stones with an electromagnetic healing charge like Hematite are
part of its symbolic protection.

Eleven - Jade

Jade is a very wise stone so it is not surprising that it is one of
the stones of the number of the wounded healer or teacher.

Twenty Two - Watermelon Tourmaline

This number twenty-two is a master number and the pink color
symbolizes the ability to lead others.

Thirty-Three  - Diamond, Yellow Tourmaline

Notice that the diamond is a stone of superiority in terms of
spirituality and so is the master number 33.

You could also wear subsets of your numbers. For instance if you
were born on the 26th, you could wear a gemstone that is an eight
(such as an opal) with a tourmaline (which is a two) and a
carnelian which is a six.   So you can see how adding numerology to
your jewelry design can be a very interesting adventure when it
comes to choosing the stones that will best amplify your energies to the
rest of the world.

You might think that birthstones are only associated with the
Zodiac signs. This is not exactly true. They are also associated
with what month you are born in. The origin of the twelve monthly
birthstones was thought to have originated in Bible as they were
found on the breastplates of Aaron.

Yet another difference between the monthly and the Zodiac stones is
that the monthly stones have more a numerological association
whereas the Zodiac stones relate more to astrology.

January - The garnet is named as the January birth stone in just
about every tradition or culture The glittering red garnet is the
stone representing January in Hebrew, Roman, Arabic, Polish and
Russian traditions. In the ancient Hindu tradition the stone for
January was the serpent stone, but this is not a stone that has been
seen by anyone. Chances are it was a ruby or a black stone.

February - The symbolic stone is agreed upon as being the amethyst
according to North American, Hebrew, Roman, Arabic, Polish and
Russian traditions.  In ancient Hindu it was the chandrakankta
which once again is a stone nobody living today has ever seen so
it cannot be described.

March - Modern North America culture names the aquamarine as the
stone for this month. However in Hebrew, Roman, Arabic, Polish and
Russian traditions the stone for this stormy month is the
bloodstone.  In the ancient Hindu tradition it was a stone called
gold-sivalinga which once again is not a stone ever seen by
contemporary eyes.

April - North American culture names the diamond as the birth stone
for April. In Jewish, Hindu and Polish cultures the diamond is also
named as the April birthstone. However in Roma, Persian and
Russian traditions, the stone that has symbolized the month is
sapphire.

May - In contemporary North American, Arabic, Hindu, Polish and
Russian traditions, the birthstone for the month of May is emerald.
However the Hebrew and Roman traditions say the month belongs to
the agate.

June - June is one of those months that seem to be symbolized by an
array of stones.  Contemporary North American culture names the
stone of the month to be moonstone, pearl or alexandrite. Ancient
Hindu tradition also names the pearl as the birthstone for June.
However in ancient Roman and Hebrew traditions June was ruled by
the emerald (possibly because the green represented summer.) In
Russian, Polish and Arabic cultures the stone that rules this month
is agate, which to make things even more confusing is a striped
stone comes in many colors.

July- In North American, Polish and Russian culture the birthstone
for this mid summer month is ruby. In Hebrew and Roman traditions
it is onyx. The Arabic culture assigns the carnelian to July and
the Hindu religion says a sapphire represents this month.

August - Many different stones are often said to belong to the
month of August. The modern North American tradition says the month
is symbolized by peridot. The Hebrew and Roman traditions attribute
it to the carnelian. The Arabic and Polish traditions say the month
belongs to the sardonyx. The Hindu tradition assigns August the
ruby and the Russian tradition assigns it the alexandrite.

September - In modern North American traditions, this autumn month
is said to be ruled by the sapphire. However in Hebrew, Roman,
Arabic, Polish and Russian traditions peridot is given as the
ruling stone.  The Hindu tradition assigns the zircon to September.

October - The opal or the tourmaline is usually assigned to
October.  However Hebrew, Roman, Arabic and Polish birth gem stone
traditions say that aquamarine is the symbolic stone. The Russian
culture
says the month is ruled by the beryl. Ancient Hindu
tradition says the stone is coral.

November - The North American tradition assigns either yellow topaz
or citrine as the gemstones for this month.  The Hebrew, Roman,
Arabic and Russian traditions also say it belongs to topaz.
November is symbolized by the cat's eye in the Hindu culture.

December - The North American tradition says December is symbolized
by three choices of three blue stones: tanzanite, turquoise or blue
topaz
. The Hindu religion also assigns it to topaz, and the Russian
and Polish traditions assign it to turquoise. The Arabic, Roman and
Hebrew traditions say the rosy colored ruby rules this month.

This is interesting because very often your choice of a Zodiac
stone will conflict with what is the birth month stone.  Some of
the stones also cross over to astrology. For instance if you are
born in November the symbolic stone is topaz and if you are a
Sagittarian born after the 23rd then your stone will be at topaz as
well.

The Numerology of 44

The Numerology of 44 (Dealing with my new age...)

44 is a powerful number. Know why? Because the 4 vibrates with paying attention to detail and building a solid foundation for the future. In 44, that effect is doubled. Plus, the two numbers (4 and 4), adding up to 8, have an umbrella vibration of effective management, controlling group dynamics, building large structures (buildings, bridges, organizations), and financial control.

44 is a “master number” in numerology, meaning it has an extremely potent vibration, but also falls back into its lower vibration when not held appropriately… In a nutshell, I find it to have meanings of sacrifice and balance, work and structure, yet exertion and decay.

Impeccability, desire with insight, wisdom with reason, intensity, conviction, adeptship, heroism, self-control, discipline, controlled energy focused.

44 is magnificence and manifestation - the master architect and alchemist who can transform an idea and structure into a powerful, original, and life-altering achievement.

Vibration of forty-four [44], has its challenges in life. Your deep thinking, can at times take you through some deep and inner-jouneys. You want to know what life is all about, and are willing to search high and low until you find the ‘meaning of life’. You have a wealth of knowledge to share with those around you, and they maybe surprised at how much knowledge you have on any given subject. This does not mean you are a ‘know it all’, because you really do know.
KEYWORDS: Knowing, depth, intellect, sharing knowledge, inner-journeys, matter, books, glass, sanity, purpose, enjoyment.

44 is an excellent number for business, and it is also good for a military career. It is a visionary and a doer. It has great potential.

44 is a higher octave of 8

In mathematics Forty-four is a tribonacci number, a happy number and an octahedral number. 44 is the 5th square prime with the prime structure (2^2.11). It is the 4th square prime in the family (2^2.q). 40 is the aliquot sum of 44 and so 44 is the first Square-Prime in deficit (-4). All subsequent square primes from 44 have aliquot sums in deficit. The aliquot sequence of 44 comprises 5 members (44,40,50,43,1) and interestingly exhibits a peak at the square prime 50. 44 is the 3rd composite member of the 43-aliquot prime tree, the next member being 50 quoted above.

In Astronomy we find Messier object M44, a magnitude 4.0 open cluster in the constellation Cancer, also known as the Beehive Cluster.

In science 44 is the atomic number of ruthenium.

Forty Four : 44  - Biblical Numerology Meaning: deals in reference with things that bring about a worldwide divine judgment against humanity

The master number 44 is considered to be an important number by the alchemists. It is believed that people who are born under this number has the ability to create magic around themselves and others. These people are visionaries and have a great desire for knowledge regarding the mysteries of life.
