Was a year ago mom collapsed and was found on her living room floor, she was rushed to the hospital and 4 day slater had triple bi-pass and valve replacement surgey, all went well, recovery was rough, she ended up after several attempts at being put on a resporator, they did a tracheotomy, so she could not talk, just b4 mothers day they removed a cap on the trache so she could talk, 1st time i got to speak to her in over a month...

she went to several rehab centers for various things, breathing, heart recovery, and strength rebuilding, she got out of the hospitals and rehanv centers in early june, late june she was called in to have a biopsy done, lung xrays from gettin pneumonia after surgery showed a spot, results days later, was stage 4 lung cancer...

she chose no treatment, quality of life over quntity...

she stayed with my sister for awhile and that wasnt workin well with alot of animals and her on oxygen and other obstacles... so she came to stay with me, in aug, at the end of se[tember i was put in the hospital, had breathing issues and a very bad infection in my leg, turns out i have COPD, congestive heart failure and the leg infection was similar to MRSA, that cleared up with in 6 weeks goin for daily wound care and IV therapy, when i got out, mon was still at my home, neighbor helped her while i was in, and then i cared for her, she was in and out of hospital a few times, come nov her condition went down hill fast..

she found out she was accepted to a place called BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES that day was when her mind and body weaked alot, nov 18th she was moved to Hospice house, where she bravely resided until her passing on nov 29th

dec 28th we had as her wishes "celebration of life gathering" with family and friends, all went well...

Mid January we got a news that Biological Resporces in rosemont illinois was raided by the FBI. weeks later we found out they had mom and we should have her ashes within 2 months... in mid march we found out that the FBI and "BR" had court, BR wont that battle and still "owns" the rights to the remains of about 600 familys loved 1s.. and we may not get her ashes for a year or better or if at all...

days later, we got more news, all they have of her is her arms...

ive had a very hard time with this, mourning... the news, of all of this has made mourning not possible , i had anxiety issues to begine with this has thrown me into attacks lately,  i was in the hospital friday night for it for observation, meds adjusted etc, so here we are, 1st easter, without, and my day started out in a very bad way,  im tryin very hard to be me, it aint easy, but i will get there

so judge me if u want, im me and this is my life the past year...

thanks, mg

Newly-unsealed documents detail what federal investigators allegedly found when they raided two suburban businesses, a Schiller Park crematorium and the Rosemont office of the Biological Resource Center of Illinois, which arranges body donations for medical research, in January.
The documents say that the raids uncovered thousands of body parts and tissue samples; everything from heads and hands to legs and torsos, all part of an alleged "body broker" ring that illegally obtained and sold human remains on the black market.
Federal authorities say the operation came to light after scores of body parts were found on ice, instead of embalmed, in warehouses in Detroit and Phoenix.
Documents show some of the remains were infected with HIV, Hepatitis and other disease, but nonetheless sold for medical training to hospitals and doctors in the U.S. and overseas.
Federal agents say those body parts were supplied by Biological Resource Center of Illinois. They also say the company lied to its donors, promising remains would not be sold.
But financial records obtained in the January raids show whole corpses were routinely sold for $5,000, arms for $750 and heads for $500.
