| I am up visiting my brother & parents. My dad just went thru major open heart surgury & needs all the rest as he can get. The lady that live upstairs is up all night banging & making noise. My brother has done everything nicely to ask her to stop. I have been here two weeks & am ready to go upstairs to deal with it myself. Well here is the deal I found that her breaker switch for her apartment is in my brother's laundry room. I am contenplating shutting it off at night so the witch will stop making noise. At this point none of us are getting any sleep & I am fed up with her. What should I do? Shut off the breakers to her apartment on just put up with the noise? |
