My daughter is a special needs child, and does not live with me. Last week she gave me her Nintendo DS Lite and was crying and said that she dropped it and it no longer works. I promised her I would get it fixed for her.
I have no idea how to accomplish this. I'm not getting a response from Nintendo.
So my question is, do I keep trying to hound Nintendo to get a repair order, or do I just purchase her a new one?
