She embarked on a mission to get trim in February after declaring that she’s ‘had enough of being fat’.
And it appears that her dedication to getting fit is working wonders for Lauren Goodger as she flaunted her newly-toned curves as Billi Mucklow’s baby shower.
The 28-year-old looked lovely in a low-cut patterned dress which showed off her sizable assets and her slimline physique.
Showing off her lighter locks, the former The Only Way Is Essex star looked radiant as she posed up a storm with her friends.
She captioned one snap boasting, ‘At Billi BabyShower with @tanyaleeboutique@carakilbey #NoFilter #cosMyGirlsAreHot’, while another read, ‘With my ladies this beautiful baby shower Go Go Gadget @carakilbey and @frankieessex87’.
And Lauren’s body confidence was clear to see in shots that she uploaded from the night before as she pulled a series of poses with her friend, Vicky Gage.

Meanwhile, heavily-pregnant Billi and her footballer fiancé Andy Carroll finally announced her baby's gender in a surprise reveal at her baby shower.
Sharing the news with her fans on Instagram, the 26-year-old former TOWIE star posted a series of snaps which showed her making the announcement.
The first snap, posted on Sunday, was of a large box which had the words, boy or girl emblazoned on the front in cut-out letters.
The 26-year-old wrote: 'Baby Shower Boy? Or Girl? #BigReveal #BabyCarroll @andytcarroll.'
The second, showed the mother-to-be wearing a beautiful white embellished gown as she cradled her bump protectively while standing mysteriously in front of the box.
She looked absolutely stunning with her brunette locks tied in an extravagant up do with side plaits, with her make-up done to a professional standard.
Her long dress had an intricate diamond and pearl top section which contracted perfectly with her tanned skin, following a recent trip to Dubai.
Then, a final snap showed the delighted lady opening the box, at which point a host of blue balloons flew up revealing the gender of her unborn child.
She wrote: 'It's a......... BOY!!!'
It appears that no expense was spared on the day which was held in a beautiful marquee with pretty blue decorations hung from the ceiling, which may have been something of a clue.
Billi broke the news of her pregnancy on Christmas Day by donning a festive jumper with the words 'making my little pudding' in an Instagram snap with West Ham United footballer Andy.
England international, Andy already has two children, a daughter Emilie Rose aged four, and a two-year-old son Lucas.
