I am sorry all i had to take a break from the site for a while. some of you might have still seen me lurking but not for any length of time. I apologize to the family that i havent been as active as i should have been. I have had issues with the finalization of court for my baby and the visitations. I really wish we didnt have to put the baby through all this he is going to be so scared from this in the long run. He just turned 18 months old on the friday that just passed he ism getting so big. My older 2 boys start back to school on Wednessday morning and i have been running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get everything ready. I have one in his last year of middle school and one going into 3rd grade. my partner lost her job due to medical reasons and well we hace been struggling a bit but things are starting to look up a bit more i have a job interview tomorrow afternoon and i hope it get it. We were helping a friend of ours out since her husband had passed last september and she just all of a sudden flipped on us and i have been dealing with her non stop drama for about 3 days now. yes that is how my weekend went. yesterday was the top though i found out a friend of mine got raped and she was in the hospital for 9 hrs. she is also a lesbian and she obviously press charges cause with a woman raping a woman there is no proof. she has all her internal organs bruised and she is trying to get back to her home state cause her 10 month grandson is in the icu and might loose his arm due to a staff infection and they just found out he has osteomilitis and a secondary strep B infection so i have had quite the crazy few months.

well court is over and my lawyer royally screwed me to no end... I told her in pre conference that if the judge wanted to continue being an ass and say that we had been g through this too long and i had to come to an agreement i would settle so we walked into the courtroom and she told the judge right away that i wanteo settle. well the jack ass has since moved to Florida where for 2 weeks in June, 2 weeks in august and eek for teh christmas holiday, and a week for the easter holiday my 13 month old baby has to fly with the inbisil of a sperm donor. He told the court and made it public record that he was moving on the 26th of April so i didnt take Zavyir to that visit. He then called me threatening to take me back to court cause i "screwed him out of his weekend" I offered the following weekend to him but as the weekend fell it was mothers day and that is m holiday so he was to pick him up at 1pm on friday and bring him back to me on Saturday at 6 pm. he then called and said that i had to give him visitation from thrsday to saturday so he could get his full weekend and i refused. I was like 15 minutes away and it was 15 minutes o 1 pm and the jerk called mme and said that he was in florida and he would be home by the end of the weekend. I called my lawyer and asked her how i knew that he had moved and she said by his address and it is in the order that he has to provide me with one and he hasnt. so now i have to take my baby down there and if he doesnt show i dont know if i can go back to court and find him in contempt of the order. We went to child support court on the 14th of this month and surprise surprise he wasnt there now i have to spend the moneyh to have him served and if he doesnt go then i can either have him arrested or i can just win by default. I have been told that if i have him arrested he is juvinile enough to try and do something back to me. so i am just leaning tward the judgement by default. he is going to have to pay my bills from the prenatal visits, the birth, and all the dr's bills from then to now and the future. what he doesnt know is that he is going to haev to pay my sperm donor monthly to reimburse her for the medical she is paying or get a comperable medical coverage.. but wait he cant do that he is a dead beat that doesnt work and lives off his mommy.

ok so I have nothing to do and noone to call cause there is no long dince on my phone for the time being so lets see waht trouble i can get into on here......(nope just kidding)

I cant believe some people, yo do them the favor of letting them live with you and then they go behind you and help the one person that you are trying to keep your child from. The Bitch only payed 100 dollars a month we loaned her money and we let her have one of our boy's rooms so my 2 older boys were cramped up in one room. Then she leaves with no thank you no fuck you or anything. then she has the balls to tell lies to the sperm donor that is trying to get our baby. SHe did nothing but sit on her ass and that was it. She said that she was going to get a job after the holidays well she got here in the beginning of november and in the end of march still didnt have one. we help her and this is the thanks that we get. I swear if i ever see her again. right now i am so mad i could just do well things to her that would put me in jail.

well i cant expand more on here but i will pm it to people who want to know. I have court comming up again on the 30th and the fucker is still pulling damn childish games. He signed a mother fucking contract and now he thinks that he can take our baby. I do right by all my kids and none are treated any differently. I am so sick of living under a microscope, people in and out of our house, and jumping through hoops like a damn animal.

well Zavyir has a sinus infection. the doc said he is so nasally blocked that hit is comming out his tear ducts. Also he has asthma so now we have nebulizer treatments 4 times a day

So the baby had a sinus infection i think and an infection in both of his eyes. Also he has an appointment to get tested for any allergies. If I am not on here I will check later. I still have to get ready and him and all and we are leaving in like 3 hours and 45 minutes. Just what i wanna do .....spend the day in the doctors office.

YANNO I THINK THAT I AM ONE OF THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY VOTES FOR EVERYONE I CONTESTS. i HAVE BEEN ON CHERRYTAP FPR MAYBE A LITTLE OVER A WEEK NOW I CANT REMEMBER AND I THINK IT WAS TOO SOON FOR A COMMENT CONTEST. SO I THINK I AM GOING TO DROP OUT OF THE CONTEST I DONT KNOW, I AM GOING TO SLEEP ON IT AND DO WHATEVER I DECIDE IN THE MORNING.

ok So my partner and i had a baby 10 months ago and we used a sperm donor. He signed a contract and now he has been taking us to court for full custody. I am trying anywhere fo rhelp. My lawyer sucks and I really need a better one but i can t afford one other than the legal aid office. There is a company called LAMBDA legal that I called, and I told my lawyer about them cause they will co councel with her and help her out cause they deal with this kind of case daily and they might know another avenue that we havent tried yet. Well she was screaming at us on te phone and told us that she thought it was a slap in the face. All the while we told hr we didnt want to step on any toes and that we knew casue she was a free lawyer that she had a high case load and we figured this would help. Well I havent herd from her in 2 weeks. He gets him every other weekend, They get to take him to a whole nother county 2 hours away. the judge wont let me know the address of where he is. He takes him all the way there in an unsafe carseat, the only thing that is keeping him from flying forward is an actual seatbelt. My baby Is only 10 months old. CPS was calle don him for that reason and they said that they cant do anything unless Zavyir gets hurt. The police said if he gets caught speeding that they can just give him a ticket and tell him to go get a new carseat right away. It hurts me so bad to let him go every other weekend. The last 2 times he has come home with a bleeding diaper rash and i have had to take him to the doctor from it. They make him sleep in a pack and play. The sperm donor is a full time student and works from 4 in the afternoon till 4 in the morning so what is he actually doing for my baby? I dont know why i wanted to tell complete strangers this but i guess i was just letting of steam.
