So, I'm in the midst of redesigning my site. It took a while, but I after almost 8 years I finally decided that t was time for a change. Not much there yet, but I’ll be adding more as the week goes on
(and customizing the header and moving the url). I decided to go with a blog style because it looks a bit more professional and will be a lot better once the novel is out. In the past I’ve resisted any sort of design that wasn’t hand coded
(I spent the time to learn html, I was damn sure going to use it), but I figured that it was time to go for something more contemporary.

Speaking of the novel
(no, I still don't have a final title yet lol), after writing only three days and doing no editing in the past two weeks, this week I got back to writing every day. I've really been having to force it out and editing this weekend is going to suck, but at least the word count is a little higher and the story is there. Interesting
(to me anyway :p) thing about having to force it out ... because I had no idea where I wanted to go with it, it's actually gone in a few directions that I wasn't expecting and I've come up with a couple of character who I hadn't previously thought of. Maybe working this way will turn out to be a good thing. Here's the latest
(third) revision of chapter 1

html version
The html version is even more unformatted than last time, so I'd recommend going with the pdf if you can open it.
