I have been getting complaints about the multi uploader either not working or taking too long There are some other random complaints, but these seem to be the most consistent.

Try the following.

1. Update your Java on your computer. Java Download Updates

2. Dump all cache, cookies and temp files and restart your computer.

3. If you are still having problems, it is most likely your browser.

  * AOL users - throw your computer out the window

  * FireFox users - download the latest browser FireFox Personal

  * IE users - download the latest IE updated browser Internet Explorer

  * Safari users - Safari Browser

  * Opera users - Opera Browser

4. Once you have the new browser downloaded. Uninstall your current browser.

5. Restart your computer and Install the new browser

***This should solve most of your problems. MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW ALL DIRECTIONS.

IF you think you browser Is taking too long to upload multiple photos or if your browser seems to stall out or turn white, this can be related to two things.

1. Your upload speed with your ISP is slow. They usually only allow 350kb on upload.

2. Let's use logic on this one. If you are uploading 20 files that are 100kbs. Combined that equals 2mb. For example this photo. Photo example is 220KBs. If you upload 20 images this size, it is going to take some time.

3. The image uploader does not support images under 35kb or over 1mb. If you are still having trouble, please make sure to go through each step carefully. Do it again and see if it works. If that does not work, send me a message with exactly what your problem is.
