| I have been employed by this organization for 16 years and it is a fairly easy job however, I am at the end of the pay scale which means no more raises, just COLA. I have an opportunity to work at a new job which will pay 13K - 15K more annually. Med benefits are are about the same, I do lose 3 weeks of vacation until I have a few years in at the new job. Should I stay where I am or venture out? |
