New Fireplace
A husband installed a fireplace to help curb the rising cost of heating
bills. The husband had the chore of cutting the tree down, chopping the
wood, and bringing it in. He was tired after all that and just wanted to
relax by watching the big game on tv. He told his wife to start a fire if
she wanted to stay warm. The wife was furious because she had to sweep and
mop the floor that was covered in muddy snow and debris that had fallen off
the wood that her husband had carried in. It wasn't her idea to put the
fireplace in anyways so why should she get stuck doing all this. This
routine kept on for a couple months, meanwhile the husband kept sneaking
around the house looking in closets, under cushions, and one day the wife
insisted on knowing just what he was up to. He said, "somebody has been
sneaking off with my playboys". The wife just laughed and said
"Honey, how do you think I started all those fires!"
