So you want to join the family... Below is
the rules we live and breathe... PLEASE READ
CAREFULLY!
1) NO DRAMA WILL BE TOLERATED!!..We will
not put up with any drama from anyone. There will
be no exceptions to this rule! You disregard this
rule and you will be dismissed from my family! Act
your age, if u cant then please do not waste our
time!
2) No one but upper management will be
allowed to blog about Leveling..unless you have
been given the ok to do so. This will only be to
minimize confusion in the family! If you have a
candidate you would like to level let one of our
upper management know so that we can check them
out then update our blog if we feel it is doable.
3) Absolutley NO BOMBING! If you choose to
enter into a contest or give away you are doing so
at your own will, and you are not to expect anyone
in the family to help you out. We are a not a
bombing crew but a leveling family!! This may
change in the future.
4) Everyone needs to come to SENS2U for
final approval on just about everything! We do not
want changes being made to my family without her
knowing about them and giving the
ok!
5) All recruits will go through DaLobo or
Illusion. No exceptions. They will decide whether
they are going to be part of the family. Always
send new recruits to them. If they are not
available send them to another Management team.
6) If you find yourself in any drama
situation that you are not comfortable with. Find
an enforcer. They are here to help you out! You
can shout to get their attention. If there is not
an enforcer available, you can, and only then look
for upper managment.
7) We will level anyone with 50,000 points
or fewer as long as they have plenty of stash and
pics. Please do not come to us for help with 50000
to level and have only 30 pics and no stash! We
will level during HH (Happy Hour) only. And it is
NOT necessary for the Fubarian to be online at
time of leveling. Although it is faster to do so
however because of time restraints of some of our
members this is not entirely possible. This might
change in the future. Any other time is for you to
do what you need or want to do! Leveling during HH
will help things move faster and give us more time
to rate others!
8) We will try and level atleast 2 people a
day. So please check the leveling blog entry
often. We will also pass links to those online in
the shout boxes. So be aware of the happy hours.
As a Member you will also be asked to have a Yahoo
messenger and to add upper managment to your
messenger. This will help in the passing of
links as well. You can Add the Cofounder Sassers
and she will pass your info to the other
management staff. Her ID is Sassers2005 on
yahoo.
9) And to stay an active member of Fire and
Ice Here are the criteria
A). All family members will be monitored by
the management as to their involvement with FIRE
& ICE leveling. And must display *Member of
Fire and Ice Leveling Crew* by their name or
something to that effect. And as a Fire and Ice
Member you will be expected to help at least 5
people a week. No exceptions. If there is a reason
you cannot do this please let one of our enforcers
know so that you will be exempt. If this rule is
not adhered to you will be asked to take our title
away from your name. You can level all 5 in one
day or over a week.
B). If, during a period of 2 weeks, we see
that you have not participated in any leveling
activity you will receive a written warning, by
the Head Enforcer, in your Fubar account mail
box.
C). If, after a week of your first warning,
we still do not see any participation by you, you
will receive a second warning from the
Vice-President of FIRE AND ICE.
D). Finally, if after your third warning,
we still do not see any participation by you, you
will receive a notice of termination signed by the
Founder, or Co-Founders of FIRE AND ICE. We
understand that situations arise that can prevent
you from meeting the needs of the family, however,
it is your responsibility to contact a member of
management to inform them of your
situation.
