So far, the general concensus of my last MUMM (about keeping a second part time job) was that I should not be lazy and keep the other job part time.
Well, I just found out today that the owner may not want me to work part time for him and that I'd have to "really make sure that I worked hard" for the last two weeks that I'm working there just to be considered for part time work. I work in a freakin' kitchen. I cook food. I cook food very well and I had eight years restaurant experience before this job.
Honestly, I'm pretty offended by that statement and I'm not even sure I want the job part time. Should I wait for the owner's decision? Or just rescind my offer right away?
