Ford's blog: "Understanding Me"

     This Hispanic couple and their 2 kids moved into the other half of the half-house where I live. 1 month later, the woman's cousin, her man and 3 kids moved in with them, totaling 9 people in a very small 2 bedroom apartment. Apparently, nobody works there, they have 2 great vehicles. 2008 Dodge and a full size SUV GMC. One with a $600 GPS and hook-up. Both loaded with Florida plates. They have over $300 worth of beer cans beside the house.  The men sleep until 2-5 in the afternoon. I've been really nice about stuff, seeing as it's hard to find work, especially here, but I'm pretty sure they're not looking, either.
     Saturday, at 1PM, I had started to finish a project I was working on for months and had to put off for awhile. Mostly hammering. The "Daddy" comes over accusing my kids of continuously banging the walls. I told him, "That would be me," as I put the hammer into his face. Then I told him that. by law, if I wanted to start hammering or firing up my power tools, I can do so starting at 6AM in this area and I was being extremely nice waiting until noon to start measuring and 1PM to start hammering, seeing as at that time, MY day is half over. Apparently, he wasn't happy with that. 
      To makes matters worse, with 9 people crammed into a small place,(don't think the owner knows yet, either) the garbage builds up quickly. The landlord pays for trash removal. 1 full mid sized dumpster on wheels. Holds about 4 full bags of trash. Recycling is separate, of course. Let's say I still have a bag and half waiting for disposal because the garbage men will not take it. Too much. Last week we had our dumpster overflowing full, with a trash can on the side, 2 recycle bins full. (mine)I go through one (large yard size stretch)garbage bag a week here and I couldn't get them to take it. These people aren't the only problem. Neighbors across the road think they can get free trash removal by sneaking over every trash day, early in the AM, to throw their stuff out. They break everything down and compact stuff to make it seem like recyclable stuff or small piles. It looks nice but it's still thievery. They throw their food stuffs, metals and other odds over the embankment next to the house, which leads to a town bike trail. Pretty sure this is what's attracting mice to this area from the fields. As of this morning, I have caught 45 mice this season. Yes, 45. I had gotten to number 12 with the humane trap before saying fuck it and killing them all. Even had to literally cut one in half to get the body free from the trap this morning. Ever cut a mouse in half with a pair of kitchen shears?
      Now these people do work, abet a little. They have 6 kids, as well and probably pop more out soon enough. Their religion doesn't like "safe sex in marriage" or something. Total bible thumpers, they are. On top of the,"jobs," they own the 2 story home, 2 nice vans, a classic in the garage and kids have new stuff all the time. They also receive several thousand dollars a month for home schooling their kids. More kids, more money. They get or receive quite a bit of cash monthly, you'd think they could afford a measly $30 a month for trash removal, right? I'm all for saving a buck, but not at another's expense. 

I don't even know why I'm typing this shit. I'm just really annoyed, I think. I could do shit legally but it would serve no purpose. These types of folks I have dealt with for years. They won't stop doing the stupid shit, the town will only fine them a small fine and they'd just start making my life hell or the children with petty stuffs. I'm not perfect, but damn, I'm not doing shit illegally or annoying others in the neighborhood, either.
