mum expired. [EVERYONE]

Ok i did onw similar yesterday and did not realize it was set to friends only. Grrr....anyways i'm supposed to be at the court house at 8am this morning becouse i pressed charges on my boyfriend for smothering me and hitting me. i really do not want to go up there and have the whole ordeal of court case. Should i go or skip it.
