December 15, 2006 Called Theresa at about 10am to figure out what time would be best to either pick Christoper up for my Christmas Holiday time with him this year since I didn’t get him for Christmas last year (instead I got him and Alexia for almost 2 weeks over the new year). I left her a message to call me back since she didn’t pick up the phone. I agreed to letter her take him last year because I knew that this year all of the family will be getting together and they all where excited to see him since Theresa refused to let me have him when we all got together this last summer.
I then got a txt message on my phone from her at 6:29pm and had the following conversation by txt message till 7:40pm.
From Theresa 6:29pm: We are going out of town over xmas
From Chad 6:35pm: Well its my year to have christmas with him. You had him last year over christmas.
From Theresa 6:34pm: It was also your responsibility to visit him every other wknd not when its convenient every 6 months or sn. From Theresa 6:35pm: And to care 4 him when hes in your care
From Chad 6:41pm: I always cared for him when he was with me. And the reason i Couldnt get him every other weekend was because you Wouldnt meet me anywhere
From Theresa 6:40pm: Thats ok. Im used 2 everything being my fault. Thanks.
From Chad 6:44pm: So you want to drop him off at jolenes or do you want us to pick him up
From Theresa 6:43pm: Like i said we are going out of town. Im not changing our plans because all of the sudden u got a stick up your butt and want to see him 6 months later
From Chad 7:40pm: So you are refusing to let me have christopher for my christmas this year?
