need help with a deal at work what shift should i work?

mum expired. [FRIENDS]

i usually work 7am to 3:30pm but since i've gone back i work from 5am to 1:30pm.good part getting home early bad part going to bed early.if i work 5am i go to bed at 10pm up at 3am,7am go to bed at llpm work don't get home till 5pm.what shift should i work.
