| Hey gals and pals. So I had surgery on my upper ear today. Had a large keloid removed. I've taken my max dose of prescribed pain meds and it's still really bad. Does anyone have any non medicinal pain relief ideas? I've tried ice but it didn't do much. It's wrapped yo and I can't remove the dressing or get it wet until about 4pm today. Ideas? |
