i have been loosing wieght now for awhile and its paying off by cutting out the soda and eating the bad foodsi was at 316 320 lbs and now im down to 285 witch im proud of my accomplishment so far i dont drink up to 2 cases of soda anymore if im lucky i drink maybe 2 a day if that and i dont eat a whole lot of junk food anymore so thats a big help i have been walking alot and swimming and that is a big help also but it doesnt help when you try and swim againts the cuurent in the river u just go down river or just swim in one spot the whole time lol ok well thank you for reading this one also love yas
