ICE's blog: "My son"

I was just told this morning that the Leukemia that was in his bone marrow is in remission. But the rest of his body is still fighting off the Leukemia so we are hoping in the next week or so the rest of his body will be in readmission and he can go home. He will still have to do Kidney Dialysis and his Kemo as a outpatient at a near by Hospital.

The Kemo is finally starting to take affect, Mason is sick today and very cranky. He had a bone marrow sample taken this morning and a Spinal kemo as well. I can tell he takes after his dad, he called a nurse a bitch and a male nurse an asshole. The Doc said that means he is getting better. Umm if she says so!!!

My son is doing pretty well all things considering. He has been having Kidney Dialysis the last 2 days. His Potassium level is really high and his kidneys still arent working. His Kemo treatments are going well no real side effects from them YET!!!
