Sitting on the porch drinking coffee
in the morning sun
speaking of dreams, hopes, & fears
making plans for the day to come

along the beach
looking out to the deep blue sea

kissing me softly

Laying beside you
my head upon your chest at nights end
run your fingers thru my hair
soothing away all the hurt
easing years of pain
you teach me that it's okay
to give yourself completely
by helping me to completely trust
