Nianu09's blog: "My Life Story"

i've been inspired by my friend bigdaddydow to write a blog of my life story. well here it goes.

i was born in november 1985. first girl with two older brothers. a year or so later my baby sister was born last of the litter hehe. we lived in a large victorian style house in Navasota, Tx. we only lived there until i was 3. i remember a few things about that house. it had a big spiral staircase that we used to ride our sleepingbags down. on one occasion i remember bumping my head on the checkered tile floor and i cried. my brother's loved ninja turtles and had just about EVERY action figure and even the turtle blimp lol. i loved that thing. Navasota was a relatively small town back then. our family doctor lived a block away from us. my dad is a nurse so they were good friends. my mom was just a house wife at the time. we also had pet rabbits. i loved those rabbits so much. i used to climb up in their cages (which were mounted about 3 ft away from the ground.. god knows how i always got up there). i'd pretend to eat their food and drink their water hehe. at one point i told all of my cousins to call me rabbit. they still do to this day :P as everyone knows bunnies reproduce like crazy. i would get so excited when there was a new baby. however i didn't know touching them would cause the mother to kill them... so after a day or so i'd run to see the babies only to find little bloody mounds instead. i'd cry every time.

when i was about 3 my dad got a job offer in north carolina so we moved. yay. we had to leave the rabbits behind :( we moved to Ashboro, NC to a big yellow house. we made friends pretty easily with neighboorhood kids. also some enemies. the boys that lived across the street were absolute nightmares. i don't remember their names but we called them the Newsom boys. i can only remember one instance where one of them took me into the woods (it was a heavily forested area absolutely beautiful). he showed me some metal pipe. he said it was an old rusted flute. not quite sure if it was or not but anyway.. we could see my brother riding his bike in the street a good ways away. he told me to do a hand gesture i wasn't familiar with at the time. it was the middle finger gesture i'm sure everyone knows lol. so he told me to do it in the direction of my brother or else he was going to beat me with the pipe. not knowing really what it meant i gave my brother the middle finger. the newsom boy dropped the pipe and ran at my brother telling him what i'd done. so i ended up gettin beat up anyways. at least it wasn't with the pipe :)

i eventually started school. made a bunch of friends on the bus and in class. we had this crazy bus driver named Tony. he would always go super fast on the speed bumps on purpose. i thought it was really fun. this is about the time my gaming frenzy started. the super nintendo was released and my grandmother got it for us. i absolutely loved zelda. i rented it so much from blockbuster that my mom bought it for my 6th birthday. i still have the game and it's box and instruction manual. i kept everything with my zelda games :D we also had two Amiga computers. one was the 1000 series and the other was 3000. the only really good games we had on it was the rocketeer, faerie tale adventure, and the hailey project. so yar in the middle of 1st grade around christmas break we moved again. back to texas yeehaw!

well i've typed a lot. i don't want to bore anyone yet so i'll stop there and continue the second part soon. woohoo.
