Last year at work I guess it's nothing new to most of you but this is a first for me. Our company put a cap on our salaries. That really hurt. 39 yrs old and stuck at 16.51 an hr. I will 40 in a couple of months and of course I didn't want to stay in this job forever. Last October I was finally free from bankruptcy. Has to be the longest 10 years of my life. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ever file for bankruptcy. No matter what happens in your life don't do it. Months go by and I get passed up for the lead operator at work. This was the last straw for me. I put up with a lot of crap at work and let a lot slide by. I took a look at myself and said "Dude, you're 40 years old, diabetes is killing you, you are not married and have no kids. Let's do it. We have nothing to lose. If we failed, hey at least we gave it a try. We put it off this long. Let's go" Well I made the call to Full Sail a school in Florida and to setup my tour. January 13th was the day I took my first steps to entertainment domination as I walked the halls of Full Sail and looked at all the equipment and people I will be working with. It was an awesome experience. I can't wait to work with the 16mm, 32mm and we even get to work with the new High Def cameras. Friggin sweet. If you know me by now you know my mind is rolling at full throttle. I set in motion a few things already. Like last year I registered my film production company with its own web page which is still under construction. need to renew it again this May (makes mental note) I've met some great people over at myspace. A lot of models and some musicians that aren't mainstream yet. I asked a couple of them if they would help me out when I first start out. They said "of course". Now comes fubar. I just been at this website for a few weeks and made some excellent friends. A few know my intentions. I asked one of great friends of mine if she knew anybody who can draw logos. Me, I can't draw worth jack even if my life depended on it. She said she could draw some pictures for me. So over IM we threw out a few ideas. Funny she had the same idea as I did when I gave her the name of my company. Can't wait to see those pictures. I want to get my company trademarked soon. Anyways my last day of work is March 1, 2008 and the first day of school is April 28, 2008. I will be getting my Masters in 34 months from that date.

Welcome to random thoughts as you follow my journey to entertainment domination. I've been interested in the entertainment industry since I was knee high to a grasshopper. I was born an actor. I did many plays in my church youth group. I slain them. Then one night I got a reality check. I was told to give up acting and to find a real job. My world came crashing down. I was still a young impressionable kid. This news came from my mother of all people. A mother is supposed to support whatever her kids wants to do in life. And it doesn't help going to a catholic school (I'm not catholic btw)which the commandment is to Honor Thy Mother And Father. So whats a young kid to do? I still harbor my desires to be an actor. But what to do when your mother controls your life and have to be home as school ends? Why I never joined the drama club or any other after school activities. Then came the teen years and the discovery of drugs. Well let's just say I did enough drugs to fry my brains. My memory is so shot I can almost be like Guy Pierce In "Memento" One thing that still sticks with me is my love affair for the entertainment business. My brains is fried now so there goes the acting. What to do now? I ended up working for a video store for almost a year. I was the go to guy whenever a customer comes in looking for a good movie to watch. Wanna know how good I am? Ever play the game "Scene It?" It was my sister, her boyfriend and her son versus me...That's 3-1...I smoked them. I also play a game with myself whenever I watch a movie...I try to guess the movie icon before the name shows up...like if you see a mountain with stars around it, that movie is from Paramount or The Pegasus which is Tri-Star Pictures. This is just a sampling of myself to you. I hope you enjoy reading my blogs here and when it all happens and you see me there up in lights you can say to your friends "I Know that Dude!!!"
