I gave my heart to one i know,
or at least i thought i knew.
He left for a while,
but I kept him in my heart.
He returned to me just to leave me.
My heart hurt,
but odly enough not a whole lot.
For I knew I was not alone,
I still had others who loved me.
I went to a friend fo find comfort.
I found it,
plus more.
He has mended my heart
and in return gained it
and my trust.
With him I am happy
for it is impossible for me to
stay sad around him.
He makes me laugh to much.
