for temptations are a fact of life;

that each day will bring new discoveries to my life;
for these discoveries will allow me to grow with my love.
Be honest my heart
about my feelings, my dreams, my ambitions, my needs;
for to lie to myself is to lie to my love.
Be happy my heart
for there is good in everything around me;
as I have found goodness through the eyes of my love.
Be still my heart for with my love I have found strength, courage,
faith, hope, honesty and happiness. And with these, together my love
