Hello everyone.
I have been trying to enjoy my time here on earth. Well it just seems like no matter how bad things get they can get worse. I'm sure as most of you know by now that the hip replacement went well. My recovery is still ongoing and it looks like it will be a success. But now comes along another problem. I have neuropathy in my legs. I don't know too much about it other than it is a nervous system disorder. And that it only gets worse. this on top of the hemoglobin SC disease. I have been in extreme pain for a few months now but I must say that having my daughters here for the summer has eased the pain a bit and given me a boost of energy. There was a point in time not to long ago that I just wanted to give up. I didn't like the pain. Not being able to do the simple little things I use to do. But the little ladies have opened my eyes and given me something to live for.
