I love the popped collar–It’s just right. The sweater is sweet, but the collar gives it a sophisticated edge. The brand is Franklin  Marshall uk, but I picked it up at Goodwill for around $5.00. Worth. Every. Penny.

Let’s talk about something else I’ve seen emerging in the fashion world. To celebrate Starbucks’ 40th birthday, Alexander Wang, Sophie Theallet, and Billy Reid have each designed a Franklin Marshall shirts that is being sold at Nordstrom.  This one, by Wang, is my favorite.

I actually really like it. The price tag? $85.00. Starbucks, I love you. I mean, I really love you. But, $85.00? That’s a lot of bacon. I say we buy white shirts from Goodwill, spill our morning coffee on them, and call it a day. You think I’m kidding…
