Todd Neva, 40, of Racine, was diagnosed with ALS in June. As the disease progresses, he will become paralyzed, unable to voluntarily move his muscles. His family needs to sell their West Racine home. They then plan to build a handicap-accessible house near his wife's family in Michiganâs Upper Peninsula. The family has entered the Dockers Wear the Pants challenge on Facebook, trying to win $100,000 to help them build their new house.
