I love this quote. If you are an artist in any way and you are not using your abilities or creativity, You go crazy. I worked for a brokerage department for 3 years. I felt dead. It drove me nuts. To wake up everyday and go to that job just was a downer. In my free time at work I use to custom design staplers with white out. After doing a few - many of my co-workers would leave their staplers on my desk along with design requests.lol. A sorry way to pour out creativity but it had to come out somehow! I finally left that job and started designing again, it was like I came back to life! So I can really relate to this quote! Enjoy! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "The truly creative mind in any field is no more than this: A human creature born abnormally, inhumanely sensitive. To them... a touch is a blow, a sound is a noise, a misfortune is a tragedy, a joy is an ecstasy, a friend is a lover, a lover is a god and failure is death. Add to this cruelly delicate organism the overpowering necessity to create, create, create -- so that without the creating of music or poetry or books or buildings or something of meaning, their very breath is cut off... They must create, must pour out creation. By some strange, unknown, inward urgency they are not really alive unless they are creating." ~~Pearl Buck
