recently (in the last 6 months or so) i've had to start working a GREAT deal. I am taking care of two children (by myself) along with my disabled father who moved in with me last march. anyhow...thats the backstory.
i received a notice from my landlord today that my dogs are a "nuisance" because they bark at people, in the apartment, outside the apartment...they just plain bark. i know what you're saying....oh you're a horrible person for having dogs in an apartment---they are just fine being in the apartment. anyhow---the landlord says stop the barking (along with a $50 fine) or you are breaking the lease agreement (because it DOES say pets cannot be a nuisance)....
what do i do???? do i give my dogs up so we dont get evicted?? i'm working 55+ hours a week...i HAVE put them through obedience training. they just don't like anyone but me and my children. they hate other people, they hate even other children and other animals...which means they aren't "adoptable" which poses another problem :/ |
