Okay all today was my court hearing for child support enforcement...needless to say things went just as i planned...the Judge had read my response to the complaints and petition and has ruled that a Paternity test WILL take place on November 29th....My ex will be ordered to submit herself and the child for the paternity test...if she fails to do so she will lose any and all benefits from the state of illinois including her medicaid and the case will be immediately dismissed and i will be a free to file for a uncontested divorce and i will be free to remarry!!! Someone was watching over me today....and i think it was my dad.....Thanks dad...you came thru when i needed it most!
