Ok so I was sick for new years eve this year and sat watching TV with my son.. So we're on the Dick Clark special and I've got to tell you never has it been so evident that my son is going to be just like his Dad. (Remember, he's only 8yo). They have one of those Hoochie Ho's on stage in a little shorty skirt, dancing with her back up ho's.. My kid looks at me and says, "Dad, it's sure lucky that girl is pretty." I look at him and ask, "What? Why is that buddy?" He looks me right in the eye, cold stone serious and says, "Because she sure can't sing." I'm glad that my son isn't blinded by the amazing amount of bull shit in the world..

Just a short rant.. The quality of music being released and MADE POPULAR is destroying the minds of our youth... The non-musicians who can get away with looping a beat and setting their casio keyboard on "House".. I mean Jesus... I've been playing guitar for years, and I guess it's my fault that I'm not recording and on the road. but still.. The people running this rediculous show should at least have the mental abilities of a 10 year old.. What are these morons thinking, recording super modles and whores who get caught on video tape sucking their mans balls. How does that equate to "they must be able to create music"? I can only hope that the internet music releases that are so popular will do something to save our children. If you know anyone that makes creative, real music.. Please encourage them to record it and get it out there. even if it's a shitty recording, get it out there.. Save us all from the morons they keep shoving down our throat.
