This is a visually impressive movie. The acting is good across the board with Gerard Butler standing well above the rest. He portrays the Spartan King Leonidas with an intensity well suited for the part.
There's plenty of action, blood, gore and drama for a movie we already know the ending to before it begins.
I highly recommend seeing this movie but leave the children at home.
