LOL...
For my ART workstudy group, we are to keep journals that we write in in the morning.
Any normal person, the morning would entail that which where the sun rises.....
but,
if you work graveyard shifts, then the morning becomes what is known to others as the afternoon.
The thing that REALLY mixes it up is when you have mixed up shifts throughout the week and don't have a normal schedule to follow in every sense of the word.
So....
when it has come to defining what is the morning time for me to write my morning journals, it has been quite difficult.
Anyone have any ideas????
