You may remember from some of my previous Mumms that my work life hasn't been straight forward - if i can just recap....
1) I have not been paid bonus I am due
2) I am the sole business developer
3) I have been treated badly with no support etc
4) I have had endless promises for shares
5) every now and then, salary has been stopped becasue of cashflow.
the situation now - I am starting a new job in July. Bonuses are guaranetted - it is a lgerer company with a good support system.
I curren;ty having a few deals that I may be able to 'keep to myself. I am wonderign whether to invoice them personally or through my current role - It is theonly way I could recoup teh bonuses i havn't been paid. My boss has negated outr contract by not paying teh bonuses...but I wonder whether I am morally capable of this act
should I invoice from myself and take the money - or play it by teh rules |
