Okay I am a truck driver and my boss said Friday that the bank screwed up my paycheck and that I would get paid Tuesday well its Tuesday and I called my bank and they said that my employer put 250 bucks into my checking account today and then took it all back. I am owed 250 bucks PLUS I'm supposed to get another 700 this Friday. I am scheduled to pick up a load at 4am and idk what to do. Should I tell them that I'm not picking up anymore loads until I get my money? How long should I keep working until I say that's enough I'm not working anymore until you pay me what you owe me. This is the first time its been late but I don't like my paychecks being late.
Option A: Don't work again until I get paid
Option B: Go ahead and take this load at 4am and hopefully it will be in my checking account tomorrow. |
