To know my heart
you must first touch my mind.
To know what it is.. I treasure inside.
For me to open myself to you..
You must show me that yours is willing and true.
Once you’ve seen ..and cared to know..
Only then a small piece of it will I show.
For I guard my heart fiercely..and let very few in.
But once there..you’ll stay forever within.
One thing though.. you must keep in mind..
If you touch my heart...
that’s all the further you’ll get
for my soul is held by another..
and thus.. not mine to give.
