Okay, so my ex husband has my stuff that was ordered to me thru court over a year ago and he claims that he can not send me my stuff till he PCS from his current duty station.
First, he claimed that he had to wait for the divorce to be complete to send me my stuff from over seas when he was in Italy. But, it was complete just two days before he was to leave from the country. So I lived with that idea for awhile.
He can not afford to send me my stuff as he lives 14hours away,currently, and I can not afford to come out there to get my stuff.
Mummers, if you are/were in the military and had something done similar to this, do you think that my ex could have sent me my stuff when he was stationed in Italy, even though we were not yet divorced? |
