So I've been diagnosed with pre-diabetes and depression....no surprise...duh, with the depression....this past year has been horrible. The doc wants to place me on meds for both. I'm ok with the depression meds (I could use them)..but the Metformin for the diabetes.....ummmmm......not too sure on that one. Should I take it or try to control it with a better diet and more weight loss?
