I was talking to a friend who says he believes you can love someone at any time because its a choice you make. You choose to love that persona and you either keep making that choice or you don't.

My other friend with us said no. If she falls in love its a feeling that takes over and isn't her choice necessarily. She says she has "loved" people that she wishes she hadn't.

He argues that it wasn't love then.

So make up my mind. Do you make the choice to fall in love or is it something that happens to us?
